Recruitment

ACCESS Family Care Recruitment Area Description

Any way you look at it, working at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) is the place to be if your heart is to serve patients and not have to be concerned with managing administrative problems. ACCESS Family Care (ACCESS) has a full administrative team that manages the operations of the organization so that providers can do what they want—serve patients and still receive competitive salaries and benefits.

If you, as a medical or dental provider, have a heart to serve a large variety of patients, including the underprivileged, then you must consider opportunities with ACCESS. Since we are an FQHC, we receive a 330 grant from the Bureau of Primary Care that enables us to provide sliding fee discounts to those who demonstrate economic disadvantage. As an FQHC, we also receive great Medicaid reimbursement.

ACCESS Family Care is a community health center operating five medical clinics and three dental clinics serving the people of the southwest region of Missouri. ACCESS Family Care is committed to improving the health of the medically underserved of greater southwest Missouri through direct services and collaborative efforts. That is our mission; consider joining us to help fulfill that mission.
